Hotel Regina Olga - Lake Como

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the town, in close proximity to the ferry and other attractions. the breathtaking view of the lake from some of the rooms is mesmerizing and always a pleasure to wake up to. the staff in the hotel is very friendly and welcoming.

The hotel does not provide good value for money due to small rooms and outdated amenities.

We loved the location directly on the lake in the centre of this city. Cleanliness was spot on, and the hotel facilities including the pool and towel service were fantastic. We also appreciated the fact that there were 3-4 restaurants close by and transportation to other areas via water taxi or ferry was easily accessible. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Location was excellent, right next to the ferry stop so we didn't have to walk far at all for transport! We had a Lake View Room and it was worth the extra few Euro. Rooms were big and clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and we would definitely go back.

This place has an excellent location, right on the lake front, with stunning views and easy access to the ferry for exploring the surrounding areas. The spacious room was equipped with all the necessary amenities, such as air conditioning and a mini-bar, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The staff were helpful and friendly, providing useful information and assistance with bus timetables and local trekking routes.

Highly recommended for everyone.

The Bedroom was spacious We did not have a balcony but we had a view of the lake. The lady cleaning our room was very sensitive to my wife's need for a perfume free room

The Hotel is not a four star as stated. It is trading on the fact that it is on the lake shore The reception staff at this hotel where rude and dismissive of questions, and were even giving to making facial gestures to each other in front of us. They sat at tables back from the main reception counter and did not stand up or come forward to attend to guests, but remained seated. There general disposition was one of superiority and in no way engendered a positive feeling. Diningroom staff in the morning were very good, as was housekeeping. Tine to shake up old ideas regarding status of Reception at this hotel.

Great Lake Views & Central Location the hotel location was great, right in the heart of the city with beautiful views of the lake. the hotel was surrounded by multiple ice cream parlours, high-end fashion shops, and a tabac shop. the rooms were clean and had fresh towels and linen. One of the best things about the room was the mini-fridge that kept the drinks cool.

Terrible Breakfast & Outdated Rooms the hotel was very disappointing with outdated rooms and amenities. the breakfast was terrible, and the dining staff were not friendly or helpful.

Cernobbio is a good base to explore Lake Como. The hotel is well situated. They have a pool. The reception staff were very good, as were the waiting/bar staff. Room with lake view and balcony very nice.

The female pool side attendant was terrible, we thought she was a guest as she sat the entire time talking to her boyfriend at one of the tables! The breakfast and coffee were terrible - no fresh croissants or bread and weak, tasteless coffee. Our first 2 nights were in a different room with no lake view and these rooms are not nice as they have a view of the car park and the mattresses were so soft it was impossible to sleep.
